I am driven by beliefs.  I am grounded in ensuring equity and equal access to education for ALL students.  I believe that building positive relationships with students, families, and staff create an optimal environment for learning.  I believe that students learn at different rates and in different ways.  As a leader, I believe in setting the conditions for learning for all.
